Would have been 1 star but the manager reduced our rates to compensate for our issues. Our bathroom door locked on our first night and when we call the front desk we were told that there wasnt anyone available to look at it. On a Friday night in December. We were given the option to move rooms but declined and managed to get in after about an hour of struggling. The waves were broken in the wave pool, there weren't any tubes to go down the larger slide as advertised and they cleared the pool for several hours on a Saturday afternoon due to PH issues. The breakfast offered as part of our team package consisted of cold food and orange juice. Water had to be requested if you were lucky enough to track down a catering person. Would never return.
